Great question and here is our 30 second ‘elevator pitch’ – Little Big Kid is a children’s brand focusing on the things that young kids love to Eat, Play, Learn to help them Grow through the precious early years of childhood. We started the brand with the Eat element and proud to be the UK’s first subscription snack box filled with a range of healthy & yummy goodies that are designed especially for children.

Shhhh it’s a secret! No really, we can’t tell you. Ok, here’s some inside information. We work hard to find brands that genuinely care and consider the needs of children. Putting a cartoon character on a packet, like many brands, does not make a snack suitable for kids. We look everywhere from online sites, artisan stores, food fairs, little local shops and recommendations. This is how we can bring all the children’s brands together to give you the best of the best for your kids.

Big kids and little kids all love our products, some of them are even enjoyed by adults. Pre-schoolers from age 3, right through to primary school children aged 11 are our main customers.

We know that you can’t wait for your amazing products to arrive and we have several options. You can choose to have deliveries fortnightly, monthly, or make ad-hoc one-time purchases.

If in the very unlikely event your littlebig does not like our products send us an email within 14 days so we can discuss and arrange a return. Some things such as personalised items, food products, hygiene goods are only refundable if damaged, and other products should be sealed and in their original packaging. We deliver nationwide, using royal mail second class postal service, usually delivered in 2 – 4 days. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us and we can discuss other options. Within the Milton Keynes and surrounding area, we have our very own local in-house couriers. They work around the clock, seven days a week to make sure you get your orders on time.

We know the importance of variety and having a balanced diet and that’s why we aim to mix our boxes up each order, so your littlebigs can try and enjoy something different. We select a mixture of products from our brilliant children’s brands aka our Little Legends. You can find a list of these on the ‘Our Friends’ page of the website.

Lot’s or a little – it’s entirely dependent on you, your little kids, which size box or how many products you order. Our big snack boxes have an average of 10 snacks and our little boxes an average of 5 snacks.

As well as lots of love and yumminess, each of our snacks are individual labelled by the different brands, with all the ingredients, nutritional and allergen information. Please read these carefully before tucking in.

Of course, you can, we’ve all been there and shared some of our adult goodies with our kids – however they may not be the most healthy or appropriate for children. Currently in the U.K. 41 percent of children start secondary school overweight. We can do something about that and help reduce this number. Growing children have different needs and nutritional requirements, especially active children who are likely to eat much more frequently than some adults. So, it’s important to have a balanced diet, suitable for their age with lots of healthy, nutritional fruit, vegetables, meals and snacks. Our snacks help you to choose a much more healthily snacking option.
